| Sarah: Initially, I found every excuse not to take this class;
I was too tired and too busy, plus I wasn’t in
that bad of shape. In fact, to look at me from the outside,
you’d think I had it made—a great job, a
great family, and lots of confidence. From the inside
though, I was drowning. I felt flabby. I didn’t
sleep well. I wasn’t efficient at work and I wasn’t
achieving my potential. In twelve weeks, I met my goals
and then some. Feeling better, sleeping better, looking
better and thinking better was just the beginning. I’m
reading the Bible and becoming a more reflective person.
I’m a better role model for my daughters and patients.

| Randy: My personal goals the first 12 weeks were to loose 20
pounds of fat, go to a 34" waist, and develop my
relationship with God. I lost 24 pounds of fat and finished
at a 32" waist. With God a part of my life nothing
is impossible. Each 12-week workout has brought a clearer
understanding of Who I am and What I am here to do.
I am committed to helping others in the transformation
process. |

| Doug: One
of the biggest moments for me was the process of discovering
God’s vision for my life. This came from the spiritual
“work outs” via the weekly themes, daily
scriptures, and journaling. It was like, BAM, the great
adventure is on again. I’ve used the vision to
look at the how, what, and why of various aspects of
my life and I’ve kept some things, thrown out
others, and added in new. My way of living has definitely
changed and I continue to push the transformation process
forward. I am now working to live my vision on a daily
basis. What started out as a way to just get over the
edge physically has led to a transformation of new beginnings
and rediscovery of life’s great adventure. |
